Key Stage One Nativity
The children in Les Peches, Les Fraises and Les Citrons Verts will be performing their Christmas Nativity on Wednesday 09 December. There will be two performances of the Nativity. The first will take place at 2.00pm. There will also be an evening performance, beginning at 6.00pm. We should be very grateful if you could ensure that your child is back in school by 5.30pm. Parents, friends and families are all welcome to come along and support the children at either performance. There is no cost to watch the Natitvity and we encourage as many people as possible to show their support. We will be serving hot drinks and mince pies for a small donation and there will be an opportunity to purchase some raffle tickets. All the money raised will go towards improving the Forest School. Do join us, support us and enjoy the refreshments while you’re here!

Christmas Class Parties
It’s that time of year again where the teachers are planning Christmas parties for their classes. This year, we are again writing to ask you to donate food for the children to enjoy on the afternoon of Thursday, 17 December. We are planning to eat together as a school, with food shared between all the classes. So that we have a range of foods, we would ask that you provide the food allocated to your child’s class. As a guide, if you provide enough for approximately 6 children we will not end up with excess food. However, if we do have any food left over, we will put it out during the disco or share it between the classes during ‘Golden Time’ on Friday.
Les Peches - Sandwiches
Les Fraises - Biscuits, Cakes
Les Citrons Verts - Fruit, Crisps
Les Ananas - Sausage rolls, pork pies, mini eggs or savouries
Les Framboises - Sandwiches
Les Poires - Fruit, Crisps
We are grateful for the contributions you make to enable the Christmas parties to go ahead. Please send your contribution in to your child’s class teacher on the morning of the party. If you would like any further information, please ask your child’s class teacher. Children may also bring in party clothes, which they will change into before the parties begin.
School Christmas Discos
The discos will be on Thursday 17 December. There will be a Key Stage 1 disco from 3.15pm till 4.15pm and a Key Stage 2 disco from 4.30pm till 5.30pm. The tickets are on sale from the School Office and cost £2 per ticket; if your child would like to go. Children that are in Classes 4, 5 and 6, that are attending the disco, will need to go home and return to school at 4.30pm. All children will need to be collected by an adult from their normal classrooms at the end of each disco.
