Pupil Voice

The pupils in La Classe Marron had their SATS exams this week, we asked them how they found doing their exams. This is what they said...

Mia - I found the SATS easier than any of the practice tests in class; I felt confident in the SPAG and the first two Maths papers. I enjoyed the SATS breakfast club; we were allowed to eat pancakes and we had a different assortment of muffins.

Ronnie - The SATS; at the start we did a reading test; it was kind of difficult because there was three papers and there was an hour to do all of them. The one I was most confident with was yesterday's one; it was the Maths test. You had 40 minutes to complete it in and I did it in 35. You are meant to go back and check your answers, I read back through it and checked my answers.

Skye - The first one was very easy; the first one was SPAG. Mrs Cox was encouraging us so well, we never gave up. I thought the hardest was the last paper; it was the reasoning in Maths. I was very confident in the reading test. My favourite one was the panda poem. In that poem, I liked the part when it talked about the baby pandas. At the end of the Maths test I started worrying because of the time. I had three questions left. However I did two out of three. I enjoyed the breakfast, however on Wednesday we ran out of the nice pancakes so we had crackers and we had some muffins: blueberry muffins and chocolate muffins.
