Pupil Voice

Children in Reception have been taken down to the Woodland Area to read the Gingerbread Man, they collected sticks so that they could tap along to the beat of the song, Run, Run as fast as you can.  They also enjoyed some independent learning, this is what they said…….

Zachery said “I learnt to get sticks for Kai and I cooked dinner with my stick, leaves, acorns and a saucepan.  I had fun.”

Jessica said “I made a nest for the Gingerbread Man with Alex and William.  We made it from sticks and leaves.  I like it at the Woodland Area because we have lots of fun.”

William said “I was making a den from sticks and orange leaves.  The den was big enough for me, the Gingerbread Man and Fairies to go in.  I had fun in the Woodland Area.”
