Pupil Voice Today

La Danse and Le volleyball were lucky enough to have had a visit from the Zoo Lab. This is what they thought about their experience;

Kaylin said “I didn’t really like the spider, it was gigantic and it had lots of red bits on it.  I really liked the snake because it was long and wriggly.”

Lillie-Mae said “I liked it but I got scared a little bit because they had animals that I didn’t like, like the scorpion and the lobster.”

Aliesha said “I met a snail today his name was Simba.  He was brown and a little bit big.”

Timeo said “I saw a snake, it was very long, I was scared but I touched it.  It felt smooth, I saw its little tongue it was red.”

Taylor said “The lady asked us all to turn around and imagine that there was a sloth behind us, when we turned back round I saw her holding a snake and I was very scared.  I touched the snake and really liked it.  I think it was 20 years old.”

Hayden said “When I saw all the animals I was scared of some of them.  I was scared of the snake but to make sure it didn’t hurt me I made myself touch it.  After I had touched it and once everyone else in the class had touched it, the lady asked me if I would like to put him away, so I put him in his tank.  I like snakes now and the scorpion.  The scorpion looked really cool!”
